This wood-burning hot tub heater consumes zero electricity and gas, and does not require any pumps, wiring or a filtration system to operate. Whether you are looking for a more cost-effective hot tub solution for your home or want to enjoy soaking in your tub off the grid, this wood stove and chimney kit is the perfect addition to your wooden hot tub.
The internal hot tub design sits directly inside your wooden hot tub, which helps heat the water faster and more efficiently than an external heater. When more firewood is needed, simply remove the furnace cover to access your stove.
Made from stainless steel, this hot tub heater is designed to be rust and corrosion resistant. An iron anti-scald cover is attached to the chimney for safety.

Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
- If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customersupport@bcyhomeinnovations.com.
Cancellations/ Re-Routes
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order before it has been picked and shipped, cancellation is free. (Applies for all orders including LTL).
If you cancel your order after it has been picked and shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will be treated as a return with all applicable fees. (Applies for all orders including LTL).
Orders that are refused at delivery will be assessed of all applicable fees, including the return cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
If an order is in transit, but the customer requests cancellation, we can re-route the package with the carrier, and the customer will be charged a re-route fee.
If there is a change of address while the package is in transit, we will contact the carrier and have it re-routed, a re-route fee will be charged.
Orders may be cancelled, and a refund issued, if the order has not shipped.
If an order needs to be cancelled, but has already shipped, there will be a reroute fee that will be deducted from the refund once it is returned to the warehouse.
If there is a change of address is requested while enroute, there will also be a reroute fee.
Lost Shipments
Lost packages or issues with deliveries must be report within 72 hours.
If a shipment has been determined to be lost, a replacement will be sent with signature.
Once a replacement is sent out, the package will come with “Signature Service” that will require the customer to sign for the replacement order.
Warranty

Incomplete/ Damaged Parts
Aleko does not cover weather damage of any kind.
ALEKO products with manufacturer warranties are warranted by us against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for the designated period from the date of product arrival at the shipping address. Warranty coverage is provided if the recommended installation procedures have been followed. After the warranty has expired, ALEKO will not provide any additional warranty. Contact us for more details.
In the case of a product failure due to defective material or manufacturer workmanship within the allotted warranty from the date of receiving the item, the product will be replaced at no charge to the customer. ALEKO does not cover any weather damages to your products including Rain, Sun, Snow, Storms, Tornados, Thunder, Lightning and Wind.
Verification of the warranty period requires copies of receipts or other proof of purchase.
According to our policy we can only honor warranties with the original buyer of the product. If a product has been sold and has changed ownership, we are unable to extend the warranty to the new owner.
