This is a hybrid type sauna in the Diamond line that seats up to four people comfortably.

Hybrid saunas combine two or more types of heating. Our saunas use electrical heaters from Harvia and specifically designed infra-red lamps to achieve the sought-after effect quickly and efficiently. Bringing together the best of both worlds, electrical heat, and infra-red heat means that the moment you enter the sauna you feel the warmth. Then you’re ready to relax and enjoy this experience to the full.

As a three-person sauna, it is more spacious than other models and this allows you room to do some mild exercise if just relaxing in the sauna is not enough for you. 

As a Diamond model, this sauna values natural light and it contains plenty of glass panels for maximum illumination, unlike the Sierra models which value privacy. 

Canadian natural red cedar wood is particularly well-suited to be used in saunas, as it is very resilient and pleasant to the touch. Both interior and exterior are constructed out of this wonderful material to make the sauna appealing to look at and pleasant to use. This ergonomically-constructed unit will make you want to return to experience the heat time after time.

Choose between a sloped or peak roof before buying this sauna. The type of sauna roof does not affect the durability of the unit.

Shipping

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

• If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customersupport@bcyhomeinnovations.com.

Cancellations/ Refunds

Credit card payments- Cancel by 2 pm PST on the same day the order is placed will receive a full refund with no fees. A fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged if you cancel after 2 pm PST. After 5 business days, the refund will be in the form of a store credit to be used toward future orders.

Custom orders- Custom orders are non-refundable

Damages

Inspect all products immediately upon delivery and give written notice to customersupport@bcyhomeinnovations.com within 7 days.

Product returns

Products may be returned in original packaging for full credit less any shipping costs. To submit a return please email Healthy Home Innovations at Customersupport@BCYhomeinnovations.com with your order#. All goods must be returned in new condition.

Warranty

3 Year Limited Warranty

Enlighten Saunas warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty extends only to customer and is not transferable.


However, in the event of a sale, transfer or conveyance of a sauna or parts from any of the three (3) proceeding persons or entities, any rights, duties, and obligations associated with this warranty shall be null and void and of no further force and effect. The sauna or parts must be purchased and used within one year of the manufactured date.

The controls, heaters, electrical parts and wiring must be kept dry at all times and not exposed to any water or liquids.

Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any special or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, its components and/or parts installed with or attached to it. The manufacturer is not liable for any injury to any persons or any claims of such that may be arising from the use, installation, and/or the service (repair) of the product. The purchaser must establish the date of purchase, by dated sales slip, invoice or delivery receipt.
