Treatment

• Distance: Use the device from 6 to 18 inches away.
• Treatment Time: Between 2-15 minutes, depending on the distance and goals. Skin/topical treatments require less time, while deep tissue treatments will require more time.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

We launched our red light therapy products because we noticed that most of the panels on the market today are either overpriced or underpowered. We believe that the benefits of red light therapy should be able to be experienced by everyone, not only people who have a lot of money to spend. They're high powered in terms of irradiance and low in EMF output, and have cooling fans built in to ensure the device stays cool and safe. Best of all, we don't charge an arm and a leg for our devices because we want to make our devices accessible to more and more people who deserve to experience the benefits of red and near infrared light therapy.
